Public polling has shown over half the UK population is against deeper involvement in the attacks on Iran. We already are paying with our wallets for the financial shocks of the attacks, Neighbouring nations to Iran are seeing an increase in refugees. Photos of burning oil wells are a visual reminder of the pollution of warfare.

At this moment politicians face a decsion - will our nation become a stepping stone for war? Will we allow our airspace and landing strips to be used to enable military jets to pause on their way to Iran? Will we allow our own military to be further drawn into defensive action, even though the line between defence and offence is often blurred. Or do we walk a different path - one of peace and justice?
